I’d turned 40 and was looking to improve my physical well-being and consequently joined the gym.  This is where I found Leslie Kendall (“Les”) whom I began training under on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.  I am pleased to say that training with Les has been a very positive experience as I found Les used a variety of exercise and training routines that really did consider my physical condition and goals.   Les is someone who you wanted to see every week at the gym.   I found his ability to instruct safely and effectively did in fact significantly improve my health and well-being whilst having fun at the same time.   Thank you so much Les. 

 

Tara and Rebecca

Previously we only used weights and cardio machines. This did give us a workout to a degree but never pushed ourselves. In the training sessions with Les, he showed us new equipment to use with routines that were fun, challenging and an all over workout for our bodies, while keeping in mind Tara’s medical conditions (asthma and muscle spasm in tummy). The training Les gave us has helped us to reach our goal to lose weight and tone up and we are really happy with the results. Thank you Les :)

I have been training with Leslie for a long time now. He always suggests new ideas and training techniques during our sessions to improve workouts and break through plateaus.  Originally I was exercising a few times a week, but after training with Leslie for a while I found I love working out and I would go almost every day if I could.
