1 on 1 Personal Training

  • Choose between 40 Minute or 1 Hour sessions.

 

  • Both options will help you reach your goals through various high energy and challenging training methods.

Group Fitness Options

  • BEST Fitness can cater for couples and small groups to groups up to twenty people

 

  • Group fitness is great for team building, strengthening friendships and a great way to get extra motivation during a session.

 

  • Other than general group fitness sessions, we can also provide Bootcamp, Boxercise and Twelve Week Challenge format training!!

 

  • Group fitness classes are flexible and can run for whatever time is neccessary depending on your needs.

 

  • So get some friends, family and work colleagues together and contact us to see what we can do for you!

Programs and Fitness Assessments

  • We offer an hour assessment either once off or on a regular occurence (usually 10 - 12 weeks) prior to creating a suitable training program

 

  • All our programs are designed to suit you. Whether it's for at the gym, home, outside, with or without equipment we can help!

 

  • Assessments are great ways to measure your current fitness levels and to guage your progress.

 

  • We run assessments before issuing fitness programs to ensure you get the most out of your program.

 

  • We give you a copy of your assessment, training and nutritional advice along with a detailed exercise program to help you achieve your goals.
