- 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions every week
- Fitness Assessments prior to starting the challenge and at six and twelve weeks to see your progress
- Fortnightly minor assessments and consultations to help keep you motivated and on track for your goals
- Option to take part in group fitness sessions when available at no additional cost
- Nutritional tips and information provided week to week to keep your diet interesting and healthy
- Prizes for the biggest losers (Prizes for most weight lost, Percentage Lost and Waist Line Lost)
